I began my journey with a small catering business, which grew very quickly and became too much for me to do within my kitchen at home so when the old Presbyterian Church building came up for sale my husband and I thought we'd put in an offer and we were successful.
That's where this wonderful journey started and now six years later here we are my vision came to life I've had so many beautiful people help me along the way to get the business to where we are now.
I enjoy hosting events with live music, food and drinks that creates a purpose for the locals and people from surrounding towns to come together and enjoy a casual drink in a different environment.

I’ve been a chef by trade since 2008, but I’ve been cooking since I could walk as I come from a family of 10 so we all did our bit in the kitchen growing up.
The endless possibility about cooking is what I love the most! The aromas and many tastes that dance across your pallet just captivate me.
I expanded my love for food by creating by cake business that’s my hobby, decorating cakes was all self-taught and some help from trial an error and YouTube of course.
Love brought me to Carnamah but it was definitely meant to be and the town has welcomed me and my children with open arms. As a bonus I met Lydia the owner of One L and asked her about a job opportunity. Not only did I find a friend in Lydia and the One L crew but they are the family I got to choose!!
